Hanna Hospitality Return Policy

At Hanna Hospitality, we strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality experiences for our customers and clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is necessary. Our return policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Small Purchases or Services Below $500:

    • A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the requested service or event date.

    • If customized products were purchased for the order, the associated cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  2. Purchases Between $500 and $1,500:

    • A $100 return fee will be applied for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the requested date or event.

  3. Purchases Over $1,500:

    • A 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the requested date or event.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event or Service:

  • No cash refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or event.

  • Clients will receive store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be used within one year from the cancellation date.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services or food that have already been consumed will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If food is deemed undesirable by both the client and Hanna Hospitality, a refund will be provided for the affected products or services.

Company-Initiated Refunds:

  • If Hanna Hospitality is unable to satisfactorily perform the requested service in a timely manner or to the agreed-upon specifications, a full refund will be issued before or after the service or product is provided, upon mutual agreement between the client and the company.

Processing of Refunds:

  • Approved refund requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

  • Refunds will be transferred back to the client’s original payment method or account.
